Find your shoe size in 3 steps.

Measure your foot:
Stand on a sheet of paper wearing socks, trace around both feet, and measure the length from the longest toe to the heel. Compare the measurement with the table – use the larger foot as your guide.

Choose a size:
BÄR uses international sizes. If you only know your German size, simply find the corresponding size in the table. For half sizes, please choose the larger one.

Choose a fit:
Every foot is different – that’s why BÄR offers three fits for optimal comfort:
Natural: regular to wide
Comfort Plus: very sturdy, extra wide
Comfort: regular to sturdy
Leave only your BÄR footprint, not your CO₂ footprint.
